Invite the Institute to your school or organization for a specially tailored manners course to include dining, how to make a great first impression, give a proper introduction, answer the telephone, introduce yourself in public, write thank-you letters, think on your feet, make small talk, give and receive an apology, take constructive criticism, set a table, attend casual and formal dinners, responsibly use social media and technology (netiquette), respond to RSVPs, dress for the occasion, serve as a hostess or guest and to stand, sit and walk with grace.
A program for school groups teaching responsible internet and social networking usage, telephone etiquette and email correspondence skills. In an ever-modernizing world, students must be prepared to safely interact on the internet, send emails and courteously use technology.
