We are dedicated to providing our clientele with unparalleled etiquette training experiences. In alignment with our commitment to excellence and service, we detail our policy regarding course refunds, transfers, credits, and changes below:

Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances can change, necessitating flexibility. We are pleased to offer the option to receive a credit for the full value of your course, applicable to any future course offered by The Etiquette Institute of Washington. This provides the flexibility to select another session that fits your schedule and interests. Credits are valid for one year from the date of the original course registration.

Refund Policy

Please note, following registration confirmation, we are unable to offer refunds for our courses. This policy is in place to ensure the seamless execution and guaranteed scheduling of our events.

Course Transfers
If a registrant is unable to attend a course, we offer the option to transfer your registration to another individual. This allows the value of your investment to be utilized by a colleague, friend, or family member. We kindly request notification of any transfer at least 3 days in advance of the course date to ensure a smooth transition.

Handling Requests and Confirmations

For any requests related to course transfers, credits, or additional inquiries, please reach out to us directly via email. Upon processing your request, we will provide confirmation via email to ensure clarity and record of your course adjustments.

Policy Modifications

The Etiquette Institute of Washington reserves the right to update or modify this policy to better serve our clientele and adapt to changing circumstances. Any changes to our policy will be communicated promptly to all affected parties.
