The Etiquette Institute of Washington would like to congratulate Andolyn Medina, the newly crowned Miss Virginia's Outstanding Teen 2012. On June 30, 2012 after a week of preliminary competitions and events, Andolyn took the crown. Additionally, she earned the top talent award, most photogenic award and a full scholarship to Hollins University. But her journey is not over!
